By using our hot air balloon flight booking services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully before making any reservation.

2. Reservations and Payments

2.1. Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

2.2. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

2.3. Prices are subject to change without notice until the reservation is confirmed.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

3.2. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the flight will receive a 50% refund.

3.3. No refunds will be offered for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

3.4. VMX reserves the right to cancel flights due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, a rescheduling or full refund will be offered at no additional cost.

4. Safety and Requirements

4.1. Participants must comply with all safety instructions provided by the pilot and staff.

4.2. VMX reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed a safety risk.

4.3. Pregnant women and individuals with certain medical conditions are not permitted to participate in flights for safety reasons.

4.4. Participants must be at least 5 years old. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

5. Liability

5.1. Participants fly at their own risk and responsibility.

5.2. VMX is not responsible for personal injury or loss or damage to property during the activity.

5.3. By making a reservation, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with hot air balloon flights.

6. Modifications

VMX reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
